Canadian Forces - Aboriginal Awareness Week 2014
Today, Aboriginal members serve in the Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Navy, Royal Canadian Air Force, and the Canadian Rangers in a wide variety of ranks and responsibilities. The Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces have consistently partnered with Canada’s Aboriginal people through youth development and recruiting programs, which combine Aboriginal teachings with military training to shape the military of tomorrow.
