Butterwort

I had expected to see some carnivorous plants in the boggy areas we passed on the Kungsleden, but we actually only saw one species, the Butterwort. You can see the trap in the next photo in my photostream. Carnivorous plants only grow where there are almost no nutrients in the soil, so they must get those nutrients from insects. There were tons and tons of these right near where I took this photo, but after that we never saw any more.
