We’ve signed up for obedience class

My little friend and me

She doesn’t always do as told

And that’s the rub you see

 

When walking out and shouting “Fetch!”

She runs away for fun

And when the vicar comes for tea

She sits and licks her bum

 

We’ve been given this here dossier

With lots of things to do

Logistics too, the times and place

Now look, she’s got my shoe

 

I’m hoping that this class will work

She drives me round the bend

But even if it doesn’t then

She’ll still be my best friend.
