Central Blue-tongue Lizard (Tiliqua multifasciata)

One of the most striking blue-tongue species, it is found throughout Australia's arid interior. This specimen was found on in the evening on a blacksoil plain, where they shelter in large cracks to avoid the extreme daytime heat.
