Lugo fishlady with centolla

Lugo is a remarkable walled city where you can can walk around the stone battlements. I find the Municipal Market a lot of fun with seafood so fresh it is still wiggling, and bowers of fresh greens and vegetables, not to mention loaves of Pan de Gallego – Galician bread with its crunchy crust and a glutenous interior filled with holes.
