Scotch egg maki 2

Whilst learning to make Sushi it seemed a lot of sushi was not authentic but designed to be more appealing to westerners. I thought about taking this one step further to appease a stubborn yorkshireman by making a scotch egg styled as maki.

Served with Hendersons relish in place of Soy sauce and Mustard instead of Wasabi

Uses a part cooked omlette, wrapped in pork spiced as i would for standard scotch eggs, and rolled in breadrumbs. This is then baked to cook the pork and breadcrumb
