2013 Siamo a Faedis una piccola frazione del Friuli . L’interno , inquadrato nella foto, è quello del bar Bristol. Molto tempo fa era una locanda dove si poteva “mangiare, dormire e bere del buon vino in allegria”. Questa era la scritta in una targa all’esterno del bar. Già da molti anni questa targa è stata ricoperta da vernice bianca e ciò la rende quasi invisibile. Come quasi invisibili appaiono questi tre vecchi personaggi …come bloccati dal tempo! Di allegria ne è rimasta ben poca…è rimasto solo il vino ed alcuni frammenti storici della seconda Guerra Mondiale .
2013 We are Faedis, a small fraction of Friuli. The interior framed in the picture is that of the Bristol Bar. Long ago it was an inn where you could "eat, sleep and drink good wine in joy." This is written in a plaque outside. For many years, this plate was covered with white paint and this makes it almost invisible. How to appear invisible to these three old characters ... as locked by the time! Of joy it has remained very little ... we have only the wine and some historical fragments of World War II.
