Siamo a Faedis un piccolo paese del Friuli. Questo è il Bar Bristol (già presente nel mio album Flickr). In paese ci sono 2 bar : questo è quello frequentato prevalentemente da persone anziane. Come raccontato nell’altra mia foto, le persone che conducono questa attività vivono all’interno di questa stessa costruzione essendo , originariamente, un’antica locanda. Il bambino fotografato quindi , nei mesi delle vacanze estive, vive all’interno del bar. I suoi giochi, spesso solitari, trovano raramente sollecitazioni dalla tipologia di frequentatori del bar, per l’età ma anche per una riservatezza tipica locale. Quella sua maglietta sembra voler ricordare … il suo “voler essere bambino”.

We Faedis a small village in Friuli. This is the Bristol Bar (already present in my Flickr album). In the village there are 2 bars, this is popular with older people. As recounted in my other pictures, the people conducting this activity live within the same building being originally an old inn. Then the baby photographed, in the months of summer vacation, lives inside the bar. His plays, often solitary, rarely find loads of the type of bar-goers, for age but also for a typical local confidentiality. That seems to remember his shirt ... his "wanting to be a child."
