First class meal on Alaska Airlines flight 730, IAH to SEA on September 15, 2011. This was a lunch consisting of tomato basil soup, spinach salad with cucumber and tomato wedges, some sort of oil-based dressing cup, dinner roll, and a white chocolate margarita candy. Pepperwood Grove Cabernet (?) wine was the "house red". Not pictured - warm mixed nuts separate from lunch.
