Until when?
When will you step out of your Comfort Zone?
Today we were discussing one of the most recommended books on Entreprenergy “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and I mentioned this quote for Robert T. Kiyosaki “Workers work hard enough to not be fired, and owners pay just enough so that workers won’t quit.”, then I asked the group: “Are You Happy being a Worker?”
A lot to say about this quote and about today, yet here at Entreprenergy, we are sharing our Entrepreneurs’ stories, failures, idea moments and advice to inspire You and motivate You to start your Entrepreneurial Journey, so today is just another day, because working for you will be as FUN as Holidays and Weekends, and a day off can be celebrated without any special occasion.
We wish all the workers a “Happy Labor Day” just because we are not all Entrepreneurs and even the majority of us were employees at a certain time.
Don’t we all need workers in our team? What about having Intrapreneurs in our workforce?
Let’s share the ENERGY with our workers and empower them to be Intrapreneurs, so when we all celebrate the Labor Day again, we just consider it as another fun day during the year, because We LOVE what we do and We ENJOY doing it every day.
