Blending is the process of combining different varieties of wines or champagne (espumante in Argentina) to create a better composite.
You will become a winemaker for a while by producing your own wine or espumante.

This activity begging with and introduction short course by the winemaker. He/She will explain how they work every day and the most important characteristics of each varietal. After this conversation of about 10 or 15 minutes, the passengers will divide in several groups to start the play.
