Knight architecture non ductile building, SIL (Snow & Ice load)

When they say "non ductile is not strong" it is very uneducated statement and for the most part they mean the west cost, Here on the east cost, buildings like Knight are built to hold a snow and Ice load, this means massive beams and columns to take the downward force thus it can take more lateral force witch means it can handle events like earthquakes and high winds with no problem.
