Spring rolls must wait

I was going from my one job to another with my camera hanging about my navel, when I saw an asian chief going out from some sort of Vietnamese bar. He stood at the parking meter trying to pay for his car. I don't know whether he succed or not. I only hope that he didn't burn his spring rolls...
