Audio-Technica LP-60 Automatic Turntable - Assembly - Platter Assembled
The turntable requires a bit of assembly after it is removed from the packaging. Here the turntable has the dustcover on, but is without the platter, on which the record rests. Then the dustcover is removed to make the assembly easier. Next the aluminum platter is placed on the spindle. The red ribbon is used to place the internal rubber belt around the motor spindle. Then the black rubber and cloth record mat is placed on top of the turntable.
Since I bought the Disney Frozen Soundtrack Deluxe Vinyl Record Album, I've been wanting to actually play it on a turntable. So I bought the Audio-Technica LP-60 Automatic Turntable from Amazon, and just finished assembling it and connecting it to my Sony Blu-ray player. It sounds great, but I have yet to compare it with the sound of the CD version of the soundtrack, or to the Blu-ray movie sound. I'm just glad I finally have a turntable so I can play LP records. So far I have a collection of exactly one LP album, Frozen. But I intend to get some more.
