My Ariel Nook - Ariel Dolls and Other Merchandise - Take 5 - 2013-10-02
Added the 17'' LE Ariel (10/2), still attached to the backing, but with the covers off. To make room for her, all the Tinker Bell and Periwinkle dolls have been moved off the desk. Only the Tinker Bell in the snow globe remains, and she is pouting at LE Ariel. She joins the 2013 Singing Ariel 16'' Doll, in her blue shimmering dress, and also the 2012 Classic Ariel 12'' Doll, both by the Disney Store. Also 2013 Disney Parks Ariel Ornament in Tulle Skirt (inside of the Art of Ariel Mug), and the Tyco Treasure Lovin' Ariel 9.5'' Doll (1991). Added the Jim Shore Ariel Storybook figurine (8/30).
I've added more Ariel items to my new Ariel nook, and made it more organized. They are a mixture of dolls, figurines and Art of Ariel merchandise. My favorite Art of Ariel image, by Steve Thompson, is on a mug and collector's plate. I have lots more Ariel items in my current collection that I can add to this area. But what I'm really waiting for is the brand new items that I will hopefully get in the next few weeks. Designer Fairytale Ariel and Eric doll set (10/15) is the only Ariel item left to be added, apart from LE Eric.
