James Borrell is a UK based conservation biologist with a passion for expeditions and adventure having been involved in projects on four continents.
In early 2012 James led the scientific fieldwork of an expedition to the Empty Quarter and Dhofar Mountains of Oman. Here they undertook a wide range of research with a particular focus on establishing the presence of the critically endangered Arabian Leopard, a species thought to number less than 250 in the wild.
