Black Hoverfly/Schwarze Schwebfliege [Diptera]

I'm not sure which Species this is exactly is - please help

Found it on a Rosemary and it was very small - about 5mm long.

Shot with Nikon D500 and Nikkor-EL 50/2,8 enlarger lens
