Busted 2
Not sure what was happening, but the turn lane was shut down. Cop cars in front and behind a car. Guy from car handcuffed. The cop car on the sidewalk had driven the length of the block down the sidewalk (or at least as much of it as I could see in my mirror). The cop car in back had driven much of the turning lane bumping against the curb while trying to get around people in that lane who were trying to move over.
Who knows....
