2026 Recipe 3 of 50: Sweet Apple Pork Chops & Rosemary Potatoes
Date night tonight was a sweet apple-glazed pork chop with parmesan and rosemary red potatoes.
I sear the pork chops on the stove then finish in the oven, and while they are cooking in the oven I reduce some apple juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and butter.
I have used apple cider vinegar before, but I don't like the taste as much.
This was sweet and savory- a perfect blend!
