Recipe No. 40 of 50 for 2025. I have made this before, but I usually see it served with ice cream. I found an alternative which was mixing ricotta cheese, cream, vanilla, and honey. Once you blend it up the grainy-ness of the ricotta disappears and it's better than ice cream!
