9. Studying
Studying. It’s been great to be able to study and read while on the treadmill, I have to say. I feel like I am accomplishing twice as much in a day when I can do things like that. I take time early in the morning to do some class participation and note review, then in the evening I do my reading and writing assignments for the course. If only I could journal and practice at the same time.
I am looking forward to time between classes when I can breathe and can really enjoy the time to myself. Maybe that’s when I can incorporate some other things into my routine that I can’t fit now!
