3. Workout
Working Out. I have started getting back into the habit of working out, and the more I work out- the more weight I lose, then the better I feel. Quitting smoking was great for my lungs and my overall health, but like most people I put on weight and am slowly taking that off. It feels good to set goals and make them.
I like seeing my clothes fit better and better; I like seeing definition in my arms and muscles. I like seeing sweat our out on the treadmill. Like I tell people, “I have mountains to climb…” (in reference to why I am doing it and my lifetime dreams). Hopefully I can keep this routine up and tackle a 14,000+ foot mountain in Colorado next year.
