7 Scoliosis
I was born with Scoliosis. For those who do not know what that is, quite simply it is a curvature of the spine. It is more common in women and most people who have it grow out of it. Both my sister and I had it, and both of us had to wear a brace to help correct the curve. I remember my sister being so distraught about it, screaming at my dad that he didn’t understand how she felt. He went in his room and brought out a brace that he used to wear as well… that kind of put her in her place! I did grow out of the condition, but there are times where it is barely noticeable (from what I am told).
