Day 2763 - Day 207

My test results came back and everything but my cholesterol levels came out good. But my doctor feels with a continued regime of diet and exercise that will come down. I found out that I am probably also a bit iron-deficient. I didn’t know that you lose a lot of iron when you sweat, and I have days where my shirt is just soaking wet when I finish working out in both the morning and the evening. Guess it’s time to start popping the right kinda pills!
