2012.TARDE SOLEADA DE ENERO. 100X81.

by RAMON GARCIA RICHART

LA FOTO ORIGINAL SUPONIA PARA MI UN RETO, YA QUE LOS COLORES Y LAS TONALIDADES SON PARA MI DESCONOCID@S A LA HORA DE PINTAR.
UNA " AMIGA ARTISTA ", ME COMENTO QUE LA FOTO ESTABA MUY " QUEMADA "; NO OBSTANTE, DECIDI PINTAR ESTE RETRATO DE MI HIJO, SUPRIMIENDO LOS ARBOLES DEL FONDO Y TRATANDO DE CONSEGUIR EXPERIENCIA PARA ANIMARME A CONTINUAR.
EN ESTA OBRA, SIGUIENDO LOS CONSEJOS ANTERIORES DE MI AMIGA, HE TRATADO DE NO SER " TAN FIEL A LA FOTO" Y NO ME HE CENTRADO EN LOS DETALLES. HE INTENTADO PINTAR RAPIDO Y CON FLUIDEZ PARA COGER PRACTICA Y DESTREZA. EL CUADRO HA SALIDO EN TRES SESIONES Y ESTOY MUY ORGULLOSO DEL RESULTADO FINAL, YA QUE A MI HIJO GABRIEL LE GUSTA; PARA MI ES SUFICIENTE.

The original photo was not for me a challenge, because the colors and hues are for me UNKNOWN @ SA when painting.
A "artist friend" told me that the picture was VERY "burned", however, I decided to paint this portrait of my son, removing trees in the background and trying to get experience to encourage me to continue.
In this work, following the guidelines above my friend, I have tried not to be "as true to the picture" and I have not focused on the details. HE TRIED TO PAINT FAST and fluently to catch practice and skill. The painting has been on three sessions and I am very proud of the final result, since my son Gabriel LIKES, is enough for me.
