Autumnal delight

Autumn is such a wonderful time of year. The crispness in the air, the chance to capture mist and fog over the hills or above rivers. The smell of wood smoke, the sound of leaves crunching under our feet and the sight of squirrels (especially the red ones) going up and down tree branches. I know that autumn has gone many weeks now, but I wanted to share this image taken on a wonderful day out with dear friends.
