These Bumblebee mites are quite harmless and are only clinging to her so that they get a free ride in which to be transported to a new nest. When in the nest these mites will feed on nest debris, wax, and pollen and the odd small insect. Its not in their interest to feed on the Bumblebee, with out the bee these mites will not be able to survive.
