Lime Hawkmoth caterpillar-Mimas tiliae

Sometime ago this was also known as the 'Olive Shade' though this has fallen into disuse and now named after the caterpillars proffered food plant but will also feed on Birch and Alder. Nearly all Hawkmoth caterpillars have a curved horn at the rear.
