But this event was supposedly more notable as Michael Phelps' last of 18 gold medal-winning races over three Olympics. However, as of 7 Aug 2016, he has increased his total to 19 in the Rio 2016 men's 4x100m freestyle relay, which also included Nathan Adrian (right above).
