Military Base, Brunei
This image looks at part of Berakas Camp, on the coastal outskirts of Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei (the coastline is just off the bottom of the shot).
At this point in early 1971 the camp was still under construction. Comparing this image with what is available on that well-known registered trademark mapping site on the interweb shows that it has matured considerably since then; the swimming pool and tennis courts still exist.
