In Step
I was able to isolate these two young women from the considerable crowds on the South Bank of the River Thames as they walked across some artificial turf in front of the National Theatre. Along with the rest of the crowds they were awaiting the start of the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant on 6 June 2012.
The walking in step (which actually only lasted a couple of paces) would be the envy of many a sergeant-major, although perhaps not the style and nature of their outfits! And a very stylish and jaunty wearing of a Union Flag bowler hat. If anyone knows who they are, I'd like to give them the credit they deserve.
