Pannier Tank (8700 Class)

This is just Wes's pannier made up with some modifications. Some examples would be the added lamps, brake rods, cab interior, and cleaning up gaps between the cab and tanks. 8 studs wide with no motor.

 

There is a more updated version now, so this one is out of date.
