Buffalo Chopper

They took the meat slicer and mixers away because they are "dangerous", then gave us this to use to mince food with....LOL

 

It has a cover of course..but you'd never get the full effect without seeing that blade that spins! What gets me, is I'm the ONLY cook there who actually unplugs the thing to dismantle it for cleaning!
