Sidney Abbs who owned the Hall and grounds together with many of the old R.A.F Nissen Huts.

He used some of the huts to house his farm machinery in, after first knocking one end out

These pictures were taken long after he has left. His remains are in the Church grave yard at St Mary's Bylaugh, marked by a grave stone.
