As the name implies they work with cattle and as a team

 

The cattle walk around disturbing the ground and moving insects and these enterprising birds follow in their footsteps gathering an easy meal

 

This was a hope and click from a huge distance but it shows I hope the close relationship between the bird and its fellow team members.
