Eagle sea snatching prey Mull 11..6.2014 (1)
We have just spent a week on Mull and once again had to take a couple of trips out with Martin and his boat to see the sea eagles.
No trip to Mull is complete without such a visit as the sight of these magnificent birds lingers ion the memory and one is lost in wonderment.
Such was our experience when I managed to capture these shots while standing in a boat that was pitching and rolling.
Not an easy task for a lady in her mid-seventies but I had a go that is al I can say.
They are not always successful when they dive for their food sometimes missing the target or dropping it as you will see from the following images.
Happy to share these memories with those who cannot get to see them in the feather.
