JCPenney Muncie Mall

The Muncie Mall opened in 1970 the original anchors where Grants, Britt's, and Sears. Grants later became JCPenney. Britt's later on became L.S. Ayers which stayed in that location until a new store was built at the mall in 1997. Elder-Beerman took over the Britt's location, and in 2011 was rebranded Carson's.
