I took this picture of a taxi that was driving. The subject of the photo is the taxi and you can see that because it is in the center and in focus. I think this picture describes velocity because you can tell that the taxi is moving because the background is blurred. I took this photo with a pretty slow shutter speed in order to get the panning effect.
