La generació sahrauí que actualment ronda la vintena no ha conegut la seva terra, han assimilat la identitat pròpia des de la diàspora o als camps de refugiats.
El testimoni de les generacions que els han precedit els ha inculcat la causa del poble.
Molts han acabat assumint la lluita armada com a única alternativa viable davant el blindatge de la comunitat internacional a totes les opcions de resoldre el conflicte per la via diplomàtica.

The Sahrawi generation that is currently in its twenties has not known its land, they have assimilated their own identity from the diaspora or in the refugee camps.
The testimony of the generations that have preceded them has instilled in them the cause of the people.
Many have ended up assuming armed struggle as the only viable alternative in the face of the international community's shielding of all options for resolving the conflict through diplomatic channels.
