Ermita de Sant Roc.
Història de l'ermita. Situada al cim del turó del mateix nom, de 196 metres d'alçada, al sud-oest del terme de Vilablareix (el Gironès) CAT., prop dels límits amb Aiguaviva, és un edifici d'una nau i absis semicircular, amb una porta de llinda monolítica oberta a la façana de ponent, on també hi ha una finestra gòtica d'arc conopial, un petit ull de bou i un gran campanar d'espadanya de dos ulls.
Presenta restes del segle XV, tot i que les parts altes dels murs daten dels segles XVIII-XIX.
Ha estat abandonada durant molts anys i parcialment enrunada, sols es mantenia l'espadanya en peu.
L'aspecte actual respon a la restauració de l'any 2002.
Antigament era coneguda com a Sant Roc de les Núvies. El nom li ve de la tradició que deia que les noies que visitaven l'ermita, en un any ja eren casades.

History of the hermitage. Located at the top of the hill of the same name, 196 meters high, to the southwest of the term of Vilablareix (el Gironès) CAT., near the borders with Aiguaviva, it is a building with a nave and semicircular apse, with a monolithic lintel door open to the west facade, where there is also a Gothic window with a canopial arch, a small bull's eye and a large two-eyed belfry.
It has remains from the 15th century, although the upper parts of the walls date from the 18th-19th centuries.
It has been abandoned for many years and partially in ruins, only the spade remained standing.
The current appearance corresponds to the restoration in 2002.
In the past it was known as Sant Roc de les Núvies. The name comes from the tradition that said that the girls who visited the hermitage were already married within a year.
