En temporada de bany aneu a platges vigilades, consulteu els rètols informatius i localitzeu el personal de vigilància. És molt important que consulteu l'estat de la bandera abans de ficar-vos a l'aigua.
Si observeu alguna persona amb problemes dins de l'aigua o algun familiar o amic triga a tornar, truqueu immediatament al 112. Si és possible tireu-li un flotador però no us llanceu a rescatar ningú si no sou experts en rescat aquàtic.

During bathing season, go to guarded beaches, consult information signs, and locate surveillance personnel. It is very important that you check the status of the flag before getting into the water.
If you notice someone with problems in the water or a family member or friend is slow to return, call 112. Immediately throw a float at them but do not rush to rescue anyone if you are not an expert in water rescue.
