Després de la pròrroga, el duel s’ha resolt a la tanda de penals, on Donnarumma ha estat millor que Unai Simón i ha aconseguit aturar el llançament definitiu, també obra de Morata.
Els italians són a la final i els espanyols se’n van a casa.
