El 27 de febrer de 2021, el poble sahrauí celebra el 45 aniversari del naixement del seu Estat, la RASD (República Àrab Sahrauí Democràtica). Després de 45 anys de lluita i resistència contra l'ocupació marroquina.
La situació dels territoris ocupats per part del Marroc té el seu impacte en el jurídic, atès que des de 1975 ha vulnerat el règim de dret internacional humanitari i el règim de drets humans.
L'ocupació militar d'un territori, contra la voluntat expressa de la seva població, és una violació als Drets Humans.
Un Estat Sahrauí lliure i independent és l'única solució.

On February 27, 2021, the Sahrawi people celebrate the 45th anniversary of the birth of their state, the SADR (Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic). After 45 years of struggle and resistance against the Moroccan occupation.
The situation of the territories occupied by Morocco has its impact on the law, since since 1975 it has violated the regime of international humanitarian law and the human rights regime.
The military occupation of a territory, against the express will of its population, is a violation of human rights.
A free and independent Sahrawi state is the only solution.
