Ermita de Sant Roc.
Situada al cim del turó del mateix nom, de 196 metres d'alçada, al sud-oest del terme de Vilablareix (El Gironès) CAT, prop dels límits amb Aiguaviva, és un edifici d'una nau i absis semicircular, amb una porta de llinda monolítica oberta a la façana de ponent, on també hi ha una finestra gòtica d'arc conopial, un petit ull de bou i un gran campanar d'espadanya de dos ulls.
Presenta restes del segle XV, tot i que les parts altes dels murs daten dels segles XVIII-XIX.
Ha estat abandonada durant molts anys i parcialment enrunada, sols es mantenia l'espadanya en peu.
L'aspecte actual respon a la restauració de l'any 2002.

Located at the top of the hill of the same name, 196 meters high, to the southwest of the municipality of Vilablareix (El Gironès) CAT, near the limits of Aiguaviva, it is a building with a nave and semicircular apse, with a door Monolithic lintel open on the western façade, where there is also a gothic conopial window, a small bull's-eye and a large bell-shaped belfry with two eyes.
It presents remains of the fifteenth century, although the high parts of the walls date back to the 18th-19th centuries.
It has been abandoned for many years and partially ruined, only kept the belfry standing.
The current aspect is the restoration of 2002.
