Sant Roc de la Barroca (590 m.)
Aquest cim, anomenat també de Grony, està situat a la vall del Llémena, separant la seva conca de la el riu Brugent i separant també les comarques de la Selva, la Garrotxa i el Gironès (CAT).
El puig, llevat de la banda de ponent, és una gran cinglera de pedra calcària coronat per l’ermita de Sant Roc, datada del 1.447 i cosa estranya, malgrat que l’ermita té la porta oberta, no ha estat espoliada i encara podem veure la imatge del Sant.
Les aigües del cim marxen en totes direccions per diverses torrenteres al Llémena, llevat de la banda de ponent que ho fan cap al Brugent i d’aquí al Ter.
Bonica excursió, molt senzilla i fàcil, si sabem encertar el començament del camí, i que puja per la banda de llevant a cercar l’únic pas que hi ha en aquest tram de la cinglera.
Les vistes des del cim son fantàstiques.

This summit, also called Grony, is located in the Llémena Valley, separating its river basin from the Brugent River and also separating the counties of La Selva, La Garrotxa and El Gironès (CAT).
The hill, except the western side, is a large limestone rock cliff crowned by the hermitage of San Roque, dating from 1.447 and a strange thing, although the hermitage has the door open, it has not been stoned and we still can see the image of the Saint.
The waters of the summit go in all directions through various streams to Llémena, except for the west side that make it to the Brugent and from here to the Ter.
Nice excursion, very simple and easy, if we know how to get to the beginning of the way, and that goes up the east side to find the only step that is in this section of the cliff.
The views from the top are fantastic.
