'Apocalypso, a post-modern toile by Su_G' - Peel+Stick Wallpaper mockup

Shown to illustrate Spoonflower's new mockups [technical]. It's great to have additional mockups, because - as I'm finding out - not all wallpaper looks good in all circumstances!

’Apocalypso, a post-modern toile by Su_G': A post-modern toile for a post-apocalyptic world. This was my (historical) entry in the 'Post-apocalyptic Toile' Contest. Original: Chalk + line art. © Su Schaefer 2015

Yes, the place has gone to the birds... with a more watery world on earth, caused by rising sea levels after the ice caps melt as a consequence of catastrophic climate change (like that described in Kim Stanley Robinson’s novel '2312', my holiday reading). Higher sea levels are shown as affecting all major landmarks, including the coconut palm trees of Pacific and other Island nations.

Peel+Stick Wallpaper mockup c/o Spoonflower. Great to have new mockups!
