'Lizards of the Caribbean by Su_G': table wear mockup
'Lizards of the Caribbean by Su_G' as table wear (mockup c/o Spoonflower)
Self-cut stencils, felt pens & line art textures.

This was my entry in Spoonflower's 'Ditsy Lizards' Contest (2015). My inspiration was the (then) recent reporting of a community of lizards in the Caribbean, preserved for 20 million years in amber, and identical to their modern cousins [‘Ancient lizards in amber amaze scientists’ by Stuart Gary, ABC Science].
Along the way I learned that lizards - which include geckoes - have five fingers or toes, while newts have four. Lizard science!
