The beginning
A few months after the bombs dropped, there were 4 groups: NCM, NCPM, NCMOP, and the UBA (united bandits alliance.) The UBA operated on a fear basis. All other 3 groups worked to stop the UBA. They made an official alliance in the NCMOP headquarters. The NCMRA was born.
