Senator Stabenow
US Senator Deborah Stabenow from Michigan came up to Alaska to learn about energy issues and, being a social worker, wanted to spend time with the social work leadership of Alaska. We had a nice little breakfast and talked about issues of importance in Alaska and about Federal Health Care Reform. She is an advocate and ally and we are lucky to have her in the Senate.
