And They Said It Would Never Fly!

I watched this Dor Beetle on the ground, trying, and failing, to take off. When I picked it up, it climbed onto y fingertips and flew away. Unfortunately, there was a strong side wind and I missed the shot!

I knew that they could fly but I've never seen it before.
